- HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Ans: It takes 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered at your doorstep.
- Do you have any outlet?
Ans. We don’t have any outlet/store at the moment as we are operating online only.
- What is the exchange and return policy?
Ans: All products purchased from Nurria can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving only if:-
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us with in 2 days of delivery by calling at +923226795008 if there is any issue with your order. At Nurria, we look at each issue very carefully and try to be fair to both parties.
Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to send photographic evidence of the defective item on our whats App or any of our social media platforms, within 2 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered.
* Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
- How many days do we deliver in?
Ans. We deliver with 2 to 3 working days the order has been placed.
- What is your packaging like?
Ans: Our products are carefully wrapped in our customised butter paper and put into a transparent cellophane package with a pretty bowtie on top. A thick layer of bubble paper is then added on top and put into a box to protect the package from any damage and to make sure your order reaches you safely to your doorstep.
- What are the payment options available?
Ans. We accept payment via cash on delivery, easy paisa and jazz cash at the moment.
- Can we open the package before paying?
Ans. Unfortunately that is not allowed as our courier service doesn’t support this. However you can easily get an exchange or a refund if there is an issue with your order.
- Can you show the original picture of the products?
Ans. All our products are uploaded with very minimal editing which does not compromise on the natural essence of the product both on our website and social media.
- Will the product be the same as shown in the picture?
Ans. Yes, the product will exactly be the same.
- Do you offer customised or made to order products?
Ans. We don’t do made to order products or customisations at the moment.
